The Illinois Additional Notice of Filing for Expungement and/or Sealing is a legal document used to provide notification that a person has filed a petition for expungement or sealing of a criminal record in Illinois. This document is used to inform the court, the prosecuting attorney, and any other parties named in the petition of the filing.
