Illinois Independent administration Mailed Notice to Interested Parties is a notice that is sent to people who have an interest in the estate of a deceased individual. This notice is sent when the executor of the estate has requested that the court issue an order appointing an independent administrator. The notice informs the interested parties of the petition, the hearing date, and the name, address, and telephone number of the independent administrator. The notice also states that any objections to the independent administration must be filed with the court before the hearing date. There are two types of Illinois Independent administration Mailed Notice to Interested Parties: Form 113.40 and Form 113.41. Form 113.40 is sent to the interested parties when an independent administrator is being appointed. Form 113.41 is sent to the interested parties when an independent administrator has been appointed and the court has approved the appointment.
