The Illinois Financial Affidavit-Family & Divorce Cases (SCA) is a form that must be filled out by the parties involved in a divorce case in Illinois. The form is used to outline the financial information of both parties, including their incomes, assets, liabilities, and expenses. There are two types of Illinois Financial Affidavit-Family & Divorce Cases (SCA): the Short Form and the Long Form.
