Illinois Pt3-Proof of Delivery (also known as Pt3-POD) is a document used in the state of Illinois to provide proof that goods or services have been delivered to the buyer. The document is signed by both the seller and buyer and serves as legal evidence of delivery. It typically includes details such as the date, time, and location of the delivery, the buyer's name and address, the item(s) delivered, and the signature of both parties involved. There are two main types of Illinois Pt3-Proof of Delivery: Standard Pt3-POD and Electronic Pt3-POD. Standard Pt3-POD is a paper document created for each delivery transaction and signed by both the seller and buyer. Electronic Pt3-POD is an electronic document created for each delivery transaction and stored securely in a digital format. Both types of Illinois Pt3-Proof of Delivery are legally binding and can be used as evidence in court.
