Indiana List of Proceedings Electronically Recorded (IPER) is a searchable database that provides access to court documents, such as orders, judgments, and opinions, that have been electronically recorded in Indiana courts. IPER includes documents from both state and local courts. Documents are organized by county and can be searched by keyword, date, or case number. IPER includes two types of documents: General Records and Court of Appeals Records. General Records include documents from the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Tax Court, and Indiana Court of Appeals. Court of Appeals Records consist of documents from the Indiana Court of Appeals.
