The Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal User Agreement is a contract between the State of Indiana, the Department of Child Services (DCS) and vendors who are interested in using the Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal. The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the Vendor and the State, including the use of the portal, data protection, and privacy. There are two types of Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal User Agreements: the Standard User Agreement and the Enhanced User Agreement. The Standard User Agreement includes the terms and conditions that apply to any vendor who wishes to use the Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal. It outlines the rules governing the use of the portal and the responsibilities of the vendor. These include the proper use of the portal, data security, and the protection of confidential information. The Enhanced User Agreement is for vendors who wish to access additional features of the Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal. This agreement provides for additional security and privacy protections, as well as access to additional features of the portal. The Enhanced User Agreement also outlines the responsibilities of the vendor in regard to the use of the portal and data security. Both the Standard User Agreement and the Enhanced User Agreement are subject to change and must be reviewed and accepted by the vendor prior to using the Indiana Kidnaps Vendor Portal.
