Indiana Uniform Case Management Plan (RCMP) is a set of standards and guidelines that ensure consistent services and outcomes for individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment in the state of Indiana. It helps ensure that those receiving services are provided with individualized care plans and supports to help them achieve their recovery goals. The RCMP outlines the principles of substance use disorder services, including assessment, treatment planning, service provision, and monitoring of progress. It is designed to provide a framework for the delivery of quality services that promote recovery, reduce recidivism, and reduce disparities in the delivery of services. RCMP consists of three levels: Level 1 — Crisis Services, Level — – Intensive Outpatient Services, and Level 3 — Outpatient Services. Level 1 services are provided on an emergency basis to support individuals in crisis. Level 2 services are more intensive and are provided with the goal of helping individuals achieve their treatment goals. Level 3 services are provided on an ongoing basis and help individuals maintain their recovery. All levels of care are designed to be individualized and tailored to meet each person's unique needs.
