The Indiana Electronic Case Filing System Limited Participant Registration Form And User Agreement (IECFSLPRFUA) is a legal document that must be completed and signed by individuals who wish to become limited participants in the Indiana Electronic Case Filing System (IE CFS). The agreement outlines the responsibilities and restrictions of limited participants, as well as the rules and regulations governing the use of the IE CFS. The IECFSLPRFUA is divided into two main parts. The first part is the registration form, which includes information about the limited participant, such as name, address, contact information, and IE CFS user ID. The form also requests an affirmation that the user has read and agrees to the IE CFS User Agreement. The second part of the IECFSLPRFUA is the User Agreement. This agreement outlines the obligations of the limited participant, such as the requirements to use appropriate language and maintain confidentiality. It also outlines the rules and regulations governing the use of the IE CFS, including the acceptable use of the system and the consequences of violating any rules or regulations. This agreement also outlines the rights and responsibilities of the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Judicial Technology and Automation Committee, and the Indiana Office of Technology in regard to the IE CFS. There are two types of IECFSLPRFUA: an individual form and a business form. The individual form is for single users, while the business form is for companies or other organizations.
