To be eligible for benefits you must: (1) Be unemployed or working less than full-time (2) Have earned enough money to establish a valid claim (3) Be unemployed through no fault of your own (4) Be able to work, available for work, and looking for work.

You may be eligible for partial benefits if you are still employed by your regular employer but are working less than your normal full-time hours due to la ck of avai lable work. Benefi ts are n ot paid in th e case of reducti on in hours due to total disability, vacation or personal reasons.
