The undersigned applicant has previously submitted, or has caused to be submitted, to Dominion Registries a Founders Program Application RFP requesting the release and allocation to the Applicant of one or more Program Names. Dominion Registries has agreed to release and allocate certain Program Names to Applicant, conditioned upon and subject to Applicant's entry into and continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Founders Program Agreement ("Agreement").
