The Louisiana Domestic Court Hearing Officer Conference and Information Order (Appendix 23.0D) is a document issued by a court in the state of Louisiana, and is usually requested by the parties involved in a divorce or child custody case. The order requires the parties to attend a conference with a court-appointed hearing officer, who will discuss the issues at hand in the case and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. The order also outlines the information that must be exchanged between the parties prior to the conference. There are two different types of Louisiana Domestic Court Hearing Officer Conference and Information Order (Appendix 23.0D). The first type is the Voluntary Conference Order, which is issued when the parties have agreed to attend the conference and submit information on their own. The second type is the Mandatory Conference Order, which is issued when the parties have not agreed to attend the conference and the court orders them to attend and submit the required information.
