Affidavit of Non-Military Service The Louisiana Affidavit of Non-Military Service is a legal document that is used to verify that an individual has never served in the United States military. There are three types of Louisiana Affidavit of Non-Military Service: 1. The Louisiana Affidavit of Non-Military Service (Form N-8) is used for applicants who have never served in the U.S. Military. 2. The Louisiana Affidavit of Military Service (Form N-7) is used for applicants who have served in the U.S. Military. 3. The Louisiana Affidavit of Military and Non-Military Service (Form N-9) is used for applicants who have served in both the U.S. Military and in other non-military positions.
