Louisiana Title IV. Appendix 30.0C. Joint Detailed Descriptive List is a document that outlines the eligibility requirements for the state’s child support program. The list is jointly created by the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (CFS), the Louisiana Department of Social Services (DSS), and the Louisiana Department of Revenue (DR). It describes the conditions that must be met for a child to be eligible for child support payments from either parent. The list also includes information about how to establish a child support order, when a child support order should be modified, when a parent can be held in contempt for not paying child support, and how to enforce a child support order. There are three types of Louisiana Title IV. Appendix 30.0C. Joint Detailed Descriptive List: the Standard Descriptive List, the Supplemental Descriptive List, and the Joint Descriptive List. The Standard Descriptive List outlines the general eligibility requirements for the child support program. The Supplemental Descriptive List outlines additional requirements for certain types of cases. The Joint Descriptive List provides an overview of the requirements for all three types of cases.
