Customer acknowledges all liabilities including but not limited to the liability of Vendor, employees and agents for injuries, damages and loss caused or alleged to result from Customer's use of the products or services provided by Vendor to Vendor and agrees to indemnify Vendor fully for any claims by Vendor including but not limited to those where Vendor is liable for, but is unable to determine if Vendor caused, contributed to or caused the harm.
