Maryland Garnishee's Confession of Assets of Property Other than Wages is a document filed by a garnishee with the court in a civil action to reveal any non-wage assets which may be available for attachment. The document is used to identify any non-wages assets of the debtor which are in the possession of the garnishee. The document must include a detailed list of all non-wage assets of the debtor that are held by the garnishee. This includes any bank accounts, stocks, bonds, real estate, vehicles, and other tangible or intangible property owned by the debtor. It must also include the value of the assets and the address of any real estate owned by the debtor. There are two types of Maryland Garnishee's Confession of Assets of Property Other than Wages: voluntary and involuntary. A voluntary confession is one in which the garnishee voluntarily agrees to disclose all assets of the debtor in its possession. An involuntary confession is one in which the garnishee is compelled by the court to reveal all non-wage assets of the debtor.
