The Maryland Attorney Admission Application is an application process for an individual to become an attorney in the state of Maryland. The Maryland Bar Admission Process consists of several steps, including providing a law school transcript, taking a character and fitness review, and passing the Maryland Bar Examination. There are three types of Maryland Attorney Admission Applications: General Admission, Limited Admission, and Pro HAC Vice Admission. General Admission is for applicants who wish to be admitted to the Maryland Bar without any restrictions. Limited Admission is for applicants who wish to be admitted to the Maryland Bar for a limited purpose or duration. Pro HAC Vice Admission is for applicants who wish to practice in Maryland on a temporary basis. All applicants must provide a law school transcript, pass the character and fitness review, and pass the Maryland Bar Examination in order to become admitted to the Maryland Bar.
