The Maryland Civil Non-Domestic Case Information Report is a compilation of information from the Maryland state court system for all cases involving civil matters that are not related to domestic relations. The report contains information regarding the names of the parties, the court in which the case was heard, the judge presiding over the case, the filing date, the case number, the case status, and other information. This report is used by individuals, attorneys, and other parties for research purposes. There are three types of Maryland Civil Non-Domestic Case Information Reports: Circuit Court Reports, District Court Reports, and Other Reports. The Circuit Court Reports provide information on cases heard in the Maryland Circuit Courts, and the District Court Reports provide information on cases heard in the Maryland District Courts. The Other Reports provide information on cases heard in other Maryland courts, such as the Orphans' Court or the Court of Special Appeals.
