The Maine Application of Withdrawal is a document used by a person in the state of Maine to withdraw from an existing retirement plan. It can also be used to transfer assets from one employer-sponsored retirement plan to another. There are three types of Maine Application of Withdrawal: Traditional, Roth IRA, and Rollover. The Traditional Application of Withdrawal allows for the withdrawal of the entire balance of the retirement plan. The Roth IRA Application of Withdrawal allows for the withdrawal of the entire balance of the Roth IRA account. The Rollover Application of Withdrawal allows for the transfer of assets from one employer-sponsored retirement plan to another with no taxes or penalties. All three types of Maine Applications of Withdrawal require the completion of a withdrawal form and the submission of any applicable documents.
