The Maine Application For Wage Credit Rehabilitation Fund (MAW CRF) is a state-administered program designed to assist employers with the rehabilitation of their unpaid wage credits. This fund is intended to help employers with the costs of restoring unpaid wage credits that have been issued to employees. The fund is also used to help employers pay off their outstanding wage credits in full. MAW CRF offers two types of applications: 1. The Traditional Maine Wage Credit Rehabilitation Fund Application: This application is for employers who are in need of assistance with the rehabilitation of their unpaid wage credits. This application is for employers who are unable to pay their outstanding wage credits in full. 2. The Maine Wage Credit Rehabilitation Fund Accelerated Payment Plan Application: This application is for employers who have an accelerated payment plan in place with the Maine Department of Labor and are in need of assistance with the rehabilitation of their unpaid wage credits. This application is for employers who are unable to pay their outstanding wage credits in full.
