The Michigan Notice of Objection To Proposed Redirection Or Abatement Of Child Support is a document used to inform the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MD HHS) of an objection to a proposed redirection or abatement of child support. This document is used when a party does not agree with the proposed redirection or abatement of child support owed or received for a dependent child. The Michigan Notice of Objection To Proposed Redirection Or Abatement Of Child Support can be filed under two different types of circumstances. The first type is when a party objects to the MD HHS’s proposal to redirect or abate child support. The second type is when a party objects to the proposed court order of redirection or abatement of child support. The Michigan Notice of Objection To Proposed Redirection Or Abatement Of Child Support must include the names of the parties involved, the reasons for the objection, the date the objection was filed, and the signature of the parties. The MD HHS must be provided with a copy of the objection and will provide a response within 30 days of receipt. The two types of Michigan Notice of Objection To Proposed Redirection Or Abatement Of Child Support are: (1) Objection to MD HHS Proposal; and (2) Objection to Court Order.
