Michigan FOC Grievance is a process through which a person can file a complaint against a court-ordered judgment or order issued by the Friend of the Court (FOC). The process is used to resolve disputes arising out of court-ordered child support, parenting time, and custody orders. It is part of the Michigan Child Support Program, which is a part of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The FOC Grievance process is designed to protect the rights of all parties involved in a court-ordered child support or parenting time order, and to ensure that all orders are in compliance with the laws of the State of Michigan. There are two types of Michigan FOC Grievance: FOC Grievance Review and FOC Grievance Appeal. The FOC Grievance Review is the initial step in the process, and it is a review of the court-ordered judgment or order issued by the FOC. The FOC Grievance Appeal is the next step in the process, and it is a formal appeal of the FOC's judgment or order. If the appeal is successful, the court can modify or rescind the judgment or order.
