Michigan Information Regarding Person Wanted for Contempt refers to the data and information maintained by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDC) regarding individuals who are wanted for contempt of court. This information typically includes the individual’s name, the date of the contemptible act, the county in which the contemptible act occurred, the court’s order and/or sentence, and the individual’s current location. Depending on the circumstances, there may also be information regarding any outstanding warrants and/or notices of extradition.
