The Michigan Business and Industrial Development Corporation (MB IDC) is a non-profit organization that provides financing and assistance to Michigan businesses and industries. MB IDC has three divisions: the Michigan Small Business Development Center (MISSED), the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), and the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF).
