This application is for both amateur and professional boxing or Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) events. There are three types of Michigan Application For Boxing Or MMA Judge, Timekeeper Or Referee Licensor Relic ensure: (1) Initial Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License, (2) Temporary Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License, and (3) Renewal Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License. The Initial Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License is for those who are applying for the first time. This application requires applicants to provide proof of education, proof of experience, and a copy of a valid state-issued ID. The Temporary Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License is for those who are already licensed in another state and need to be licensed in Michigan. This application requires applicants to provide proof of licensure in another state and a copy of a valid state-issued ID. The Renewal Judge/Timekeeper/Referee License is for those who are already licensed in Michigan and need to renew their licensure. This application requires applicants to provide proof of licensure in Michigan and a copy of a valid state-issued ID.
