Michigan Acted Para Redmi Responsabilidad (MARY) is a program established by the Michigan Department of Treasury. It is designed to provide relief and assistance to taxpayers who have outstanding tax liabilities. This program allows taxpayers to enter into a voluntary agreement with the State of Michigan to pay their outstanding taxes in a more manageable way. The program is available for both individuals and businesses. There are two types of Michigan Acted Para Redmi Responsabilidad: 1. Payment Plan Agreement: This type of agreement allows taxpayers to make payments on their outstanding tax debt over a period of time. The payment plan is set up to be manageable for the taxpayer and allows them to make regular payments to the State of Michigan until the debt is fully paid. 2. Financial Hardship Agreement: This type of agreement is available to taxpayers who cannot pay their outstanding tax debt in full. It allows them to pay a reduced amount that is based on their financial situation. The amount of the reduced payment is determined by the State of Michigan.
