Minnesota Notice of Trustees Sale (Or Other Disposition) (Sample and Form) is a document that is used to notify borrowers, creditors, and other interested parties that a Trustees Sale or other disposition of property, such as a foreclosure, short sale, or deed in lieu of foreclosure, is being conducted in Minnesota. The Notice of Trustees Sale (Or Other Disposition) must include specific information, such as the property address, the amount of the unpaid debt, the date and time of the sale, the location of the sale, and the name of the Trustee.
