Minnesota Chapter 11 Ballot- St. Paul is a voting system that is used in the state of Minnesota. It is a type of ranked-choice voting, also known as instant runoff voting, which allows voters to rank candidates in order of preference. The candidates with the most first-choice votes win the election. If no candidate receives a majority of first-choice votes, then the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated, and the votes for that candidate are redistributed to the remaining candidates according to the voters’ second-choice rankings. This process continues until one candidate has a majority of the votes. There are two different types of Minnesota Chapter 11 Ballot- St. Paul: single-seat and multi-seat. In a single-seat election, there is only one seat to be filled. In a multi-seat election, there are multiple seats to be filled and voters can rank up to three candidates.
