Minnesota Inactive Attorney Form is a document used by attorneys in the state of Minnesota to voluntarily change their status from active to inactive. It is also known as the Inactive Attorney Form or the Minnesota Inactive Attorney Program Form. The form is used by attorneys who no longer wish to practice law in Minnesota, but still wish to remain in good standing with the state. There are two types of Minnesota Inactive Attorney Form: the Minnesota Inactive Attorney Program Form and the Minnesota Inactive Attorney Program Renewal Form. The Minnesota Inactive Attorney Program Form is used by attorneys who wish to become inactive in Minnesota and the Minnesota Inactive Attorney Program Renewal Form is used by attorneys who wish to renew their inactive status. Both forms must be completed and submitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association in order to become inactive or renew inactive status.
