A Minnesota Notice of Hearing is an official document used to notify all involved parties of a court hearing in Minnesota. It informs the parties of the date, time, and location of the hearing, as well as the purpose of it. Depending on the type of hearing, the Notice of Hearing may also include additional information, such as the names of any witnesses that will be called. There are two types of Notice of Hearing: a General Notice of Hearing, which is used for most hearings, and a Contested Case Notice of Hearing, which is used when a dispute or disagreement is involved.
