The Minnesota Personal Well Being Report (Annual Report of Guardian) is an annual report issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide information about the wellbeing of the state's residents. The report contains data on indicators of health, economic security, housing, education, community engagement, and other factors that contribute to overall wellbeing. It also includes information about social service programs, as well as demographic and geographic breakdowns of the data. The report is intended to provide an overview of the state of personal wellbeing in Minnesota and to serve as a tool for decision-makers in the public and private sectors. There are three different types of Minnesota Personal Well Being Report: the Guardian Report, the Community Well Being Report, and the Youth Well Being Report. The Guardian Report provides a comprehensive overview of the wellbeing of Minnesota's adults, while the Community Well Being Report focuses on the wellbeing of Minnesota's communities. The Youth Well Being Report provides a snapshot of the wellbeing of Minnesota's young people.
