Missouri Request for Legal File Records is a form used to request legal records from Missouri courts and other government agencies. It can be used to obtain documents such as court orders, judicial opinions, pleadings, dockets, and other related documents. There are three types of Missouri Request for Legal File Records: 1) Request for Court Records; 2) Request for Administrative Records; and 3) Request for Attorney Records. Request for Court Records allows individuals to request court documents such as judgments, orders, minutes, and dockets. Request for Administrative Records allows individuals to request administrative documents such as licenses, permits, and regulations. Request for Attorney Records allows individuals to request documents from attorneys such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
