Missouri Verification of Conservators Possession of Securities is an annual report required by the state of Missouri for conservators who have possession of securities. This report must be completed and submitted to the Missouri Secretary of State’s office by July 1st of each year. It assists the state in tracking the safekeeping and management of conservators’ funds. The report requires the disclosure of all securities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investments, held in the conservators’ name. It also requires the conservators to list any changes to their securities such as the purchase, sale, or transfer of assets. There are two types of Missouri Verification of Conservators Possession of Securities. The first type is the Annual Verification Report, which contains a comprehensive list of all securities the conservator has in their possession. The second type is a Transfer Verification Report, which contains information about any changes to the securities held by the conservator such as the purchase, sale, or transfer of assets.
