The Missouri Application For A Corrected Or Amended Certificate of Authority For A Foreign Cooperative Association is a document required by the Secretary of State of Missouri for any foreign cooperative association that wishes to make a correction or amendment to an existing certificate of authority. The application must be signed by an authorized representative of the foreign cooperative association and must include the name of the association, the state or country of incorporation, the date of incorporation, the effective date of the certificate of authority, the address of the association’s principal office, and the purpose of the association. There are three types of Missouri Applications For A Corrected Or Amended Certificate of Authority For A Foreign Cooperative Association: Form COA-1, Form COA-2, and Form COA-3.
