The Missouri Workers' Safety Program (WSP) is a comprehensive safety program developed by the Missouri Division of Labor and Industrial Relations. The program is designed to help employers, employees, and safety professionals improve the overall safety and health of Missouri workplaces. It provides resources and guidance on safety-related topics such as hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, ergonomics, safety management systems, and hazard communication. The program also offers training and certification for safety professionals and employers, as well as an extensive library of safety-related publications and materials. The WSP consists of three main components: the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour and 30-Hour Courses, the Hazardous Materials Training Course, and the Missouri Safety and Health Certificate Program (MS HCP). These courses provide the necessary training and information to ensure employers and employees are aware of the potential risks and hazards associated with their workplace. Additionally, the program offers a variety of other safety-related services, such as safety inspections, safety audits, and safety consulting.
