Missouri Employment and Wage Reporting for Employers is a program designed to help employers comply with state and federal wage and hour laws. It requires employers to submit information on their employees’ wages, hours worked, and other required information on a regular basis. This information is used to calculate and assess taxes, to determine unemployment insurance eligibility, and to monitor the state’s labor laws. There are three types of Missouri Employment and Wage Reporting for Employers: 1. Quarterly Wage Report: Employers must submit a Quarterly Wage Report to the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOLOR) each quarter, which includes information on each employee’s wages, hours worked, and other relevant data. 2. Unemployment Insurance Tax Report: Employers must submit an Unemployment Insurance Tax Report to the DOLOR each quarter, which includes information on wages paid to each employee and other relevant data. 3. New Hire Reporting: Employers must report any new hires to the DOLOR within 20 days of their hire date. This information is used to check the employee’s eligibility for unemployment insurance.
