These transcripts are available for civil and criminal court proceedings. There are two types of Mississippi Transcripts: (Notice to the Bar: Electronic Availability of Transcripts of Court Proceedings): 1) Daily Transcripts and 2) Final Transcripts. Daily Transcripts are created on the day of a court proceeding and contain unedited transcripts of the court proceedings, including all testimony, rulings and objections. These transcripts are made available on the same day of the proceedings as long as the court reporter has received the order from the attorney or judge. Final Transcripts are the edited versions of the Daily Transcripts. These transcripts are created after all the objections have been noted and any corrections have been made. Final Transcripts are usually made available within five business days of the court proceeding.
