Mississippi REQUEST FOR CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION TEACHING CREDIT is a system that allows legal professionals to receive credit for teaching continuing legal education (CLE) courses. This system is designed to help legal professionals stay up to date on the latest developments in the legal field. There are two types of Mississippi REQUEST FOR CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION TEACHING CREDIT: Teacher Credit and Attendance Credit. Teacher Credit is available to those who have presented legal educational seminars or lectures. Attendance Credit is available to those who have attended CLE courses. In order to receive credit, legal professionals must submit a Request for Credit form, which is available from the Mississippi CLE Commission. The form must include the title and a brief description of the course, the date of the course, the names of the instructors, the number of credit hours requested, and the name of the sponsoring organization.
