Montana Mont. LBF 21. NOTICE of LATE FILED CLAIM; AND NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING [MONT. LB 3002-1] is a legal document that is used to notify a party that their claim has been filed late and that they have the opportunity to request a hearing regarding the late filing. This document is issued by the Montana Labor Relations Board pursuant to Mont. LB 3002-1.
