Montana Mont. LBF 39. MOTION FOR ENTRY of DISCHARGE; AND ATTORNEY CERTIFICATION (CHAPTER 13) [MONT. LB 4004-1] is a court form used by debtors in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding to request entry of a discharge of their debts. This motion is usually filed after the debtor completes all the payments required under their Chapter 13 repayment plan. This form must be completed by the debtor's attorney, who must certify that the debtor has satisfied all the requirements of the Chapter 13 repayment plan and that the court should enter the discharge.
