If a Company desires to obtain commercial endorsement rights of an Athlete who is a competitive member of the NGB and the subject team, the NGB must consent to such an agreement due to a Team Membership Agreement between the Athlete and NGB. The Athlete must obtain the consent and joinder of NGB to any endorsement agreement before its execution.
