North Carolina Chapter 11 Quarterly Fee Information --Revised:01/2008) is a set of guidelines established by the North Carolina Bankruptcy Court for the calculation and payment of quarterly fees for Chapter 11 bankruptcies. These fees are based on the size of the debtor's assets and liabilities, and must be paid by the debtor on a quarterly basis. The revised fee structure includes two different types of fees: Administrative Fees and Professional Fees. Administrative Fees are based on a percentage of the debtor's assets and liabilities, and are paid directly to the Bankruptcy Court. Professional Fees are based on a flat rate for each quarter, and are paid to the debtor's professional team, including the lawyer, accountant, and other professionals. These fees are due within 30 days of the end of each quarter. Failure to pay these fees can result in dismissal of the case.
