North Carolina Fund-Raising Consultant License Application is an application for individuals who wish to become licensed to provide professional fund-raising consulting services in the state of North Carolina. The application is administered by the North Carolina Secretary of State's Office and requires applicants to submit documentation demonstrating they meet the qualifications as specified by the North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act. The application must be completed in its entirety before it can be submitted. The two types of North Carolina Fund-Raising Consultant License Application are the Initial and Renewal applications. The Initial application is for individuals who are applying for a new license, while the Renewal application is for individuals renewing an existing license. Both applications require applicants to submit personal information, a copy of their college transcript, and a nonrefundable application fee. Additionally, the Initial application also requires applicants to provide a copy of their professional liability insurance policy, a copy of their business plan, and a copy of their bond agreement. Once the application is reviewed and approved, applicants will be issued their license and will be able to begin providing professional fund-raising consulting services.
