The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: — Developing comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns. — Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and business opportunities. — Creating brand awareness through media relations, press releases, and social media management. — Assisting with crisis management and developing effective communication strategies. — Providing guidance on business development, performance improvement, and growth strategies. — Offering expert advice on corporate image management and reputation building. — Conducting executive training and workshops to enhance leadership and communication skills. 2. Deliverables: Consultant shall deliver the following key deliverables to Client: — A detailed public relations strategy including objectives, tactics, and timelines. — Customized media lists and press releases targeted towards relevant stakeholders. — Regular progress reports and performance metrics to evaluate the success of the campaigns. — Comprehensive business consulting reports, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities. — Training materials and workshop presentations for executive development programs. 3. Compensation: Client agrees to pay Consultant an agreed-upon fee for the provision of services, as outlined in the separate fee schedule attached hereto. Payment terms and conditions shall be clearly stated in the attached fee schedule. 4. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect for a period of one year unless terminated earlier by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date. 5. Confidentiality: Both parties acknowledge the confidential nature of certain business and proprietary information. Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Client's information and shall not disclose it to any third parties unless authorized in writing by Client.
