North Dakota CERTIFICATE of AUTHORITY FOREIGN CORPORATION APPLICATION is a form used by foreign corporations that are registered in their home state to apply for authorization to do business in North Dakota. This application is necessary in order to conduct business activities as a foreign corporation in North Dakota. The application must include the following information: the name and address of the foreign corporation, its legal form, the state or country of incorporation, the date of incorporation, the name of the registered agent in North Dakota, and a statement of purpose.
