North Dakota Campaign Contribution Statement, County or City Candidates, is a form required by the North Dakota Secretary of State to be filed by any candidate running for county or city office. This statement discloses the sources and amounts of all contributions the candidate has received from individuals, political action committees, and other organizations. The statement also lists any loans the candidate has accepted and any contributions made by the candidate to his or her own campaign. There are two types of North Dakota Campaign Contribution Statements: the Candidate Committee Statement and the Candidate’s Statement of Receipts and Expenditures. The Candidate Committee Statement must be filed by the candidate’s campaign committee and must list all contributions, loans, and expenditures made to or by the committee. The Candidate’s Statement of Receipts and Expenditures must be filed by the candidate directly and lists all contributions and expenditures made to or by the candidate.
