North Dakota HOME INSPECTOR RENEWAL is a process in which registered home inspectors in the state of North Dakota must complete in order to maintain their registration. It requires home inspectors to complete continuing education, submit required paperwork, and pay the applicable fees. There are two types of North Dakota HOME INSPECTOR RENEWAL: biennial renewal for home inspectors who are registered for less than two years, and triennial renewal for home inspectors who are registered for two or more years. Biennial renewal requires home inspectors to complete at least 8 hours of continuing education every two years, while triennial renewal requires 12 hours of continuing education every three years. In addition, home inspectors must submit the renewal application form, pay the appropriate renewal fee, and provide proof of completion of continuing education.
