The North Dakota Dermatitis Questionnaire (NDDL) is a comprehensive tool used to assess the prevalence and severity of skin conditions in individuals living in North Dakota. The questionnaire consists of two parts: Part I assesses disease-specific skin conditions and is used to identify those at risk for skin conditions; Part II assesses the impact of skin conditions on the individual's quality of life and functional status. The questionnaire is designed to identify the prevalence and severity of skin conditions in North Dakota, including atomic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. There are three different versions of the North Dakota Dermatitis Questionnaire: the general population version, the pediatric version, and the adult version. The general population version is used to assess skin conditions in the general North Dakota population, the pediatric version is used to assess skin conditions in children, and the adult version is used to assess skin conditions in adults. The North Dakota Dermatitis Questionnaire is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of skin conditions and their impact on individuals living in North Dakota.
