Nebraska Attorney Admission, Full Time is the process of becoming a fully admitted attorney in the state of Nebraska. Full Time admission requires the completion of certain educational requirements, the successful passage of the Nebraska Bar Exam, and the successful completion of a Nebraska Attorney Admission Oath and Bond. There are two types of Nebraska Attorney Admission, Full Time: Regular Admission and Limited Admission. Regular Admission requires the completion of a Juries Doctorate (JD) degree and an accredited law school, successful completion of the Nebraska Bar Exam, and the successful completion of a Nebraska Attorney Admission Oath and Bond. Limited Admission allows qualified attorneys who have graduated from a law school outside of Nebraska or who are admitted to the practice of law in another state to become licensed in Nebraska without taking the Nebraska Bar Exam. Qualified applicants must have at least three years of active legal practice in another jurisdiction, provide evidence of good moral character, and successfully complete the Nebraska Attorney Admission Oath and Bond.
