The Nebraska Senior Law Student Declaration is a document that is used by senior law students in the state of Nebraska to confirm that they are in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Nebraska Supreme Court. This document can be used by students who are entering their final year of law school and are in the process of becoming practicing attorneys. This declaration confirms that the student has met all requirements for admission to the bar and has successfully completed the required coursework. There are two types of Nebraska Senior Law Student Declaration: the General Declaration and the Nebraska Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Declaration. The General Declaration must be signed by the student’s law school dean or registrar and the AOC Declaration must be signed by the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Bar Admissions. Both declarations must be notarized and submitted to the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Bar Admissions in order for the student to be admitted to the bar.
