Nebraska Foreign Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Foreign Non Profit Corp) is a process by which a foreign non-profit corporation registered in Nebraska can change its registered agent and/or office address. A foreign non-profit corporation is a nonprofit entity formed outside the state of Nebraska but registered to do business in the state. The Nebraska Secretary of State requires a foreign non-profit corporation registered in the state to file an Amendment of Certificate of Authority to complete a foreign change of registered agent and/or office address. This form must be signed by a representative of the corporation and include the name of the new registered agent and/or office address within the state. There are two types of Nebraska Foreign Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Foreign Non Profit Corp): 1. Change of Registered Agent: This is a process by which a foreign non-profit corporation registered in Nebraska can change its registered agent.
